Some questions, thanks for checking #60

Thank you very much for your research, it has helped me a lot! And,I have some questions I'd like to ask you.

1、The code doesn't seem to find the output dice score for each category, I'm using the FeTA dataset. But the scores for each category are given in the paper. Could you please provide this part of the code? Thank you very much.

2、May I ask why you didn't use 5-Fold Cross-Validation? FeTA doesn't have much data. Because nnUNetV2 has 5-Fold Cross-Validation, this will prove the advantages of your model in comparison.

I am closing the older bug reports as these were missed. We are now better tracking reports across the organization. Please re-open if this continues to be a blocker.
