I am trying to run the dockerized instructions for the synb0 script on Ubuntu and I get this error - I attach here the file text of my output. I have already downloaded freesurfer license and the files in the INPUTS folder should be correct, I wonder what could be the error or if it is more related to freesurfer itself. I am still at the beginning of this work so maybe I am not so confident with the scripts but I just wanted to ask if there is something that I could fix.
