Removing MAST_ENABLE_NASTRANIO #62

Following up on the discussion concerning MAST_ENABLE_NASTRANIO in #58 this tag is now being removed.

@jdeaton one of the builds in CI seems to be throwing an error concerning python: here.

Edit: Looks like it never really got into configuration of MAST. I compared this with CI on another branch, which seems to have gone through without any issues: here

I've noticed that every once in awhile a random build will fail during the setup phases due to intermittent network/connectivity issues. Like there will be a hiccup in the worker accessing either the Ubuntu apt repositories or Python PyPI package index. When this happens, if you are logged in to Travis-CI with your GitHub account, you can restart the specific job. In this case I just restarted #326.7 and it looks to be going no problem.
