More efficient screen space use

Thanks again for this app :)

The options when creating a blur take quite some (vertical) screenspace. Snapseed (by Google) does this quite a bit more efficiently.

Concretely, I would:

• Move the 'preview' button to the top bar
• Deceease the margin around the settings (e.g. the size slider)
