Hi Vijay: can you describe a little more specifically what counts as a "Neuropixel Util algorithm"?

@apjanke This refers to leveraging Neuropixel Utils functions as one of the Strategy pattern options for one or more of the pipeline stages. The existing library has the capabilities for at least two of the stages: concatenation & time-reference. Make more sense?
