insitu_progress.py is no longer being used as a result of PR https://github.com/MAVENSDC/maven/pull/264 now that insitu kp ingestion is only using 1 thread. This file and any remaining imports need to be removed.
num_threads and pool_size are no longer needed in maven_in_situ_kp_file_ingester.config.py. Remove any references to those
