Accepting only valid E-mail I'ds in the Newsletter section.

Description

The input text box for newsletter option will now accept only valid email I'ds and not any string of characters.

Motivation and Context

This change filters out invalid responses Fixes https://github.com/MAVRICK-1/Nest-Ondc/issues/64
