[Bug]: 2 Factor authentication (proxy email)

Describe the bug

Hey! Their must be two factor authentication, while Sign-in. As of now i have sing-in to the website with an proxy email, still the website allow me to login, this should not be the case. Their must be email verification based on OTP, to verify the email.

Expected behavior

While a new person sign in, their email must be verify using on OTP.
