the size of all the boxes made same

Description

The Boxes are made with same size now. The width and height added which is going to fix all the boxes with same size.

Motivation and Context

Before It has different size which will not look good and layout would be rendered at there. This issue will make the user bit confuse.

How Has This Been Tested?

I Tested with changing the hover and the size of them. I tested with all footer section by changing their position.
