[Bug Fix] : Fixes #340 - Support Center Contact number not visible (helpline-num-fix)

Helpline number color was set to white earlier, making it difficult to read as it merged with the background color

Helpline number has now been changed to black, so that it can be easier to read

Motivation and Context

Fixes UI imperfections
