The current "Scroll to Top" button on the website is only visible at the bottom of the page and sometimes does not appear while scrolling. This makes it inconvenient for users to quickly navigate back to the top. I suggest enhancing the functionality so that the button becomes visible as soon as the user starts scrolling down the page.
