Adding hover effect in Navbar (in which it is not present) #391

adding hover effect in options in which it is not present (attached photo for reference) to make page much more attractive and user friendly . I have attached screenshot for reference. please assign this task to me @MAVRICK-1

Hover effect makes website look more attractive, which is not present there. I would like to solve this issue. Please assign me this issue under GSSoC'24 to contribute to this project.
