Enhanced the Signup form #450

Description

I have enhanced the signup/signin page by adding or changing following things :-

  1. Increase the size of the input fields placeholder like email , password
  2. increase the size of the Don't have an account makes it easy to see
  3. Changes the color of the heading matching with the theme color
  4. Added Popping up animation to the form
  5. On hovering i changes the sign in with google color from black to white which looks good
  6. Remove unneccassary pointer showing on hovering on Don't have an account text
  7. Given Some top margin over Send otp button
  8. Fixed the overall margin between different fields

How Has This Been Tested?

This will be tested by refreshing the content and checked thoroughly on the target fields changes
