fbAIR sample with the fb package.moved to source #44

Is there a reason that code is only part of a sample and not part of the actual 
api source?

I also believe that the login dialogueClosed method in fb.FBConnect needs this 
line added:

dialog.removeEventListener(FBEvent.CLOSED, loginDialogClosed);

New release based of Facebook's Graph API is coming soon.  SDK which this issue 
depends on is no longer supported by Facebook.
