Opening gzip compressed ROM files #447

In the older Mupen64plus 1.5 release, it was possible to open gzipped 
compressed ROM files. In the newer version, however, I'll get an error message 
saying that the file format is unknown.

This work has to be done by the frontend. The ui-consone frontend is only for 
reference (and for console lovers). Please contact your favourite third party 
frontend author and ask him.

Have you tried wxmupen64plus? This seems to be the most promising frontend, but 
I am unsure about the decompression support.

I haven't tried any of the front-ends yet, only the ui-console :)
I'll check them out very soon!
