Goal: Brainstorm on various chatbot ideas we can implement as a community

Definition of done

[ ] Create a short list for the core (survey ideas/POCs from the fellowship hackathon)
[ ] Find key members who can be trusted to implement the chatbot
[ ] Define the project lead
[ ] Invite mbaza-nlp members for a brainstorming session
[ ] Choose the chatbot to use
[ ] Define which platform we shall use to implement it
