swath accuracy plotter does not (yet) handle UTM zone changes #14

Adding flexibility to handle UTM zone changes... v0.0.1 code may be inoperable until then. Will push 0.0.2 when it's ready.

swath accuracy plotter now handles UTM zone differences of soundings versus reference surface and reprojects soundings into the ref surf UTM zone for comparison of X and Y
