Dear Lionel,

I created the codes for two models of CaBBI, namely FHN and QGIF. The demo codes are written such that the user (usually the experimenters) can easily use them.

Here, I have also attached some sample data that can be used by the user to evaluate the code. It would be great if these data can also be added to the toolbox so that they can be directly used by the demo codes. Please note that these data have been already published by our paper: http://figshare.com/s/e524c1d214d411e5869c06ec4b8d1f61

Moreover, I appreciate if you could please also run the two demo codes, so that we can be sure that they work properly; i.e. with no error.

Dear Vahid, I will run some integration test to check that all is working smoothly and then integrate your code in the current release. Concerning the data: we can not host them on github, as space is very limited (<100mb) and we don't want the toolbox to be too big either. We can however provide a link to them (stored on some public cloud) either in the script or in the wiki. Thanks for your contribution! Best, Lionel
