I signed in and am an officer but cannot use the system #13

I signed in using my @umich.edu address and it sent me to the "Apply to a chapter" area. I talked to Glenn Goss and he looked in the system and added my email contact info because it was blank. I tried to re sign in and now the system has my email address but I seem to be stuck in the "sign up for a chapter" page.

I am an officer at the University of Michigan and I am trying to upload my candidates. I am probably going to get Glenn to help me do this from his end.

Please clear the register so that I can log in properly as an officer.

@brunofvalli I can log in now properly and see different tabs on top but I still can't add myself to my chapter (#79 San Jose State University) and the only shortcut I have in the main page is to "Change Personal Info". I think I may have been made a regular member of Chi Epsilon, instead of an Officer (Treasurer) so I could upload all of our initiate information.

I am a current officer and had access to the system. However, it seems that my term was set to end on 03/01/20. Is it possible to revise this end date and regain my officer privileges?

Hope all is well. My name is Jose Luis Lugo, president for Chi Epsilon Chapter at the University of Texas at El Paso. I have a similar issue as the one listed above. I am able to log into XE Hub. When logged in, the site text indicating I am a candidate for the membership and a tab "apply to a chapter" is displayed at the top. I have been a member since August 2019, and do not have access as the new president. I am wondering if you can help me with this issue? I included my information below.

I have added a new system, if no new officer is assign by the date your officer position expire your officer position will extend indefinitely until a new officer is assigned.

This is Jose Luis Lugo president for chapter 086, University of Texas at El Paso. I sent out invitations to new candidates, three members are having trouble accessing/creating the account. When they try to log in, it asks to verify their email, but no verification email was sent to them. I am wondering help me with this issue.
