I need to know what would be the cheapest SDR that works with the pi and this project. I also want to know if there aren't any ways to use brand cards to emulate roaming or if I have to buy blank sim cards. That's it.

I am sorry I no longer have access to the hardware I used on this project and I do not actively maintain this repo. I will say I did have to buy blank SIM cards as they had to be written completely from scratch
