1.9 and MCPE #41

1.9 servers don't always ping properly and MCPE is not supported at all.

Adding MCPE support will require a new endpoint.

This will more than likely be done in the upcoming update. At the very least 1.9 pinging will be fixed to respect protocol changes.

The new update has been deployed, this should now be fixed 👍
