[Bug] Water is White for some reason?? #6

image This is a fresh save, I tried messing with resource pack load order after this with no success. It's just white, and I don't know how to fix it.

Did a tiny bit of experimentation, it's the Xbox 360 Resource Assort that's causing it. The water's fine without it.
