TaskSuggestor needs to update after new tasks have been added #18

Currently the dropdown for suggested tasks is only loaded on startup. This should be updated if new tasks are created.

Maybe the update of the task list can be triggered by TaskRecorderEvents indicating that recording has stopped. (Because after the end of a Recording the user is likely to start a new Recording using the updated task suggestions)
