[1.12.2] Bug - No sounds from the game aside from music mod.

Describe the bug Music from music player is the only one sound that plays and no other sound (Ex: Walking steps , block mining etc.) plays at all.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Launch the game.
2. Notice lack of sounds other than music from minecraft music player.

Expected behavior I expected sounds from the game to run alongside music from the mod but instead they do not play at all and only music plays.

This issue was reported multiple times but unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce this. I think it is either a driver issue or some issues with too many audiostreams on certain sound cards. Which sound driver do you have?
