Check normalization of source mass for dose evaluation in FISPACT #104

Check if the dose rate is or is not always computed for 1g source in FISPACT v.5. If not, then scaling by mass is applicable to the dose values. Now we assume that there's always 1g.

The behaviour is the same as in FISPACT 4.0: See user_manual.pdf, p.63: "if ndose = 2 then the calculations are done for a point source of 1 g of material at a distance of dist metres."
