Whom it may concern:

My name is Kelvin Eugene Williams, I am the current pastor installed after the massacre at Mount Calvary Baptist Church.

I am the only living member of Mount Calvary Baptist Church. The church is currently occupied, but they’re not authorized and they are Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, Inc.

I cast the votes with a very heavy heart to remove our deacons, associate pastors, and our pastor, who is also my cousin, Rev. Dr. Felix G. Williams, III and installed myself in accordance with our church’s, policies and procedures. This was solely done to invite the Commonwealth in to investigate the massacre.

I unfortunately did not think about the churches financial operations. However, my Boss, the Creator told me this morning to handle that immediately. I’m now contacting you and hoping that you can provide me with some assistance.

Any and all accounts and assets of Mount Calvary Baptist Church, located at 4742 Todd Road Lexington, KY 40509 need to be frozen, and consider any and all activities on accounts to be fraudulent if they occurred after April 2, 2023.

As the pastor and head of the church I am the only one who can authorize them to be unfrozen that will be some time from now.

I am currently updating this repository with any and all of my significant activities, especially banking activities. This repository that was established to build the memorial foundation, which is something the church has decided to have. Any and all assets from Mount Calvary will be transferred to the memorial foundation as that is the vote of the members.

Please keep my church family in your prayers and these murderers out of anything that we may own.

p.s. If I may ask, please look after the personal accounts of the Rev. Dr. Felix G. Williams, III and his wife, or any business accounts where they were signatory. I asked that you freeze those accounts to and look for any unauthorized or suspicious activity that has happened since April 2, 2023.
