As discussed, the facial hair is currently treated the same as Hats/Hair, meaning that if a Facial Hair is equipped and a non-layerable hair/hat is equipped, the facial hair will be removed.
Going forward, we should treat Facial Hair the same as we do with Other, where they will work with anything, as long as they are flagged as layerable.
Admittedly, I didn't test this, at all. However, it's the same exact code we were using to deal with "Other", so "Facial Hair" should now behave the exact same way.
