Prevent Use of Known Template IDs

• Prevent the usage of known template IDs. Because we had most of the enumerated anyway for "Base On Default" functionality, was pretty trivial to implement.
• If a known template ID is used, a console error will be logged and the inspector will also show an error. It is still allowed to be saved and built, but upon loading the bundle, if a known prefix attempts to get used, it will get skipped.
• This will close #183
