Add a <datalist> with common complaints #12

Add a way for common complaints to be easily filled out/categorized, maybe use a for the input.

Here are common complaint codes: http://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Medical_Priority_Dispatch_System

Initially, high-level codes would be nice, but maybe drill down into more specific codes eventually.

This would be very interesting. I think let's hold off on this for now and see what the Dispatchers end up writing themselves. If we find it can be better or when we are comfortable moving into a more formal direction we should re-examine this.

FYI, this, along with autocomplete for locations, were some of the features that the dispatchers favorite features when I discussed it with them last year. This wouldn't force them to select one of these options, it would just suggest e.g. "Breathing problems" when you start typing "bre"

Interesting! Something certainly to look at for the location. I don't think the Dispatchers are where they need to be at to know enough about the medical issue to put that in place now.
