Move Officers to Members #14

This allows members to be displayed along with photos, bios, and other information as available. Edit _data/members.yml to update the page, and put photos in assets/images/members/.

@tyanushefski, here's the start of the membership page. If you edit this file, you should be able to update this pull request without actually changing the live site (by committing to the member-bios branch as you'll see at the bottom).

If you're feeling adventurous, you could try downloading Jekyll so that you can see what the results will be by running the site on your computer. This guide might be helpful in getting started with the more technical aspects of GitHub.
