Weird /undo bug. #39

So someone on Aeries was replacing some blocks, and undid the replace halfway through. What it did was render all the blocks replaced as invisible to everything. Physics does not affect them. /b and cuboid ignore them. Even if you put a new block there, it's treats it as nonexistent, not even counts as air.. I'm not sure why it did this, but it's crazy.

General cleanup of the undoing system has always been a todo in the software hasn't it? To make it work flawlessly.
