Add support for "changes" package #5

Hi,

the class currently does not support the arguably widely popular and extremely useful changes package. Would be fantastic if support could be added.

I'm not an expert on LaTex. The template is basically the same as the old version, except merging several individual files, avoid depreciated packages. Do you have more detailed suggestions?
