Never used Doxygen, but are these html files supposed to be there? Isn't the documentation supposed to be generated by the users after downloading? Maybe it'd be a good idea to automatically compile and host the documentation somewhere after each commit/release.

I could probably do something like a deployment to github pages, but as for the Doxygen output, yeah, I should probably remove and gitignore it
