This adds instructions for installing the program from the AUR or with Nix. I followed precedent from CraftOS-PC and noted myself as the maintainer of the Nix package.

@MCJack123 I made a silly error, it's sanjuuni instead of pkgs.sanjuuni, can you fix that?
