Add Fish completions #9

This PR adds completions for the Fish shell.

For package maintainers: The file extras/completions/sanjuuni.fish needs to go into /usr/share/fish/vender_completions.d/sanjuuni.fish to get sourced automatically.

I might do Zsh and/or Bash completions in another pull request.
