FEATURE: Souper Secret Settings RP Compatibility #2

This feature would allow resource packs (and mods) that use the Souper Secret Settings resource pack layout to be compatible with Perspective alongside Perspective's system.

Expected Release: 1.1.0 Should be able to bundle with 1.0.0 after some bug testing.

note: i have a guide that should help with this (along with looking at the relevant code)

also, since perspective doesn't have shader stacking, entity links cant be perfectly cross compatible - they are also relatively unimportant, so you dont really need to also implement them on your end

(its entirely reasonable to just let soup handle the entity links)

I've managed to add compatibility - without the entity links - I'll upload rc.5 soon.
