game status shows up on 3dsrpc website, but not discord

this has been happening for a while but i checked for days (at least a week or 2) just to be sure, and now im sure i wasnt just being impatient i’ve been playing for 17 minutes and still got no presence when before it only took ~2-5 minutes to show up on discord, i tried everything to recalibrate it, log out of discord on the website and back in again, removing my 3ds from my list of consoles and adding it again, removing the bot from my friends list and adding it again, but nothing worked and yes, i made sure i’m doing this on nintendo servers and not pretendo images for proof:
