Version 1.0.3 was not available for public download until three months after its release, and 1.0.3 was released on August 11th. The latest tacz version on modrinth/curseforge is 1.0.2

Don't spread rumors. It's just that all the programers have been very busy lately so the development has stalled. 1.0.3 still has some unresolved issues, so it can't be released as a release yet.
