Unable to fetch download URL for version? #259

I've been trying to download 1.19.70.23 preview for a video specifically for that version, and I can't download it due to this specific error, I tried to join the minecraft preview on the insiders hub, but it does not pop up (even though I have a legal copy of minecraft windows edition)

It worked just fine a few weeks ago, How come it doesn't work now?
