Some TB ModPE issues

Here's a list to fix (I'll add to it if I find more bugs)

• [x] Item.setHandCarried() gives enchanted glint instead of making item be held like tool in 3rd person definitely
• [x] useItem() double trigger (survival only) definitely
• [ ] Entity.remove() broken skeptical
• [ ] Level.setRainLevel() broken definitely
• [ ] Entity.setCollisionSize() broken definitely
• [ ] Level.setLightningLevel() broken definitely
• [x] entityAddedHook() broken definitely
• [ ] ModPE.setItem() non-existent textures don't give errors so when the item is selected the game crashes definitely
• [ ] non existent blocks should be update game blocks with name Missing block (ID id goes here) however instead when a chunk is loaded with non-existing blocks the game crashes definitely
• [ ] ModPE.read/save/removeData() broken definitely
• [ ] Entity.setMaxHealth() broken definitely
• [ ] the weather option does not work definitely

I've grouped the issues as definitely or sceptical. Definitely are the ones which I know for sure aren't working, sceptical issues are the ones I think are but I'm not 100% about.

• Entity.setCollisionSize() broken - this worked fine for me on a test mod, also doesn't seem like it could break?
• Entity.remove() broken - I don't this so? Remember it gets removed next tick
• non existent blocks should be update game bl ocks with name Missing block (ID id goes here) however instead when a chunk is loaded with non-existing blocks the game crashes - this is a bug with MCPE, won't fix
• Entity.setMaxHealth() - eh, it's a bit broken, but I think it's broken as well in BlockLauncher

I wasn't sure but Entity.remove, so I guess it was just because of entityAddedHook not working, I'll further investigate setCollisionSize
