Update to React-bootstrap?

Currently using the basic Bootstrap link, and package, however hyphenated classes have some conflicts with the javascript inserted HTML.

https://react-bootstrap.github.io/getting-started/why-react-bootstrap/ Making this update now would require the following steps.

• [x] install NPM package Update the following JS files to contain the correct bootstrap components.
• [x] update Home.js
• [x] update dicegame.js
• [x] update dice.js
• [x] update memory.js
• [x] coins.js

Review other components for conflicts. then

• [x] Remove old Bootstrap scripts from the root HTML.
