Abstraction exercise needs more explicit steps

Current exercise is a bit too vague in its description - suggested steps are:

• Introduce Deck and Card interface classes
• Make AnimalCard and AnimalDeck implement the interfaces
• Change the Snap class to only talk to the interfaces
• Make PlayingCard and PlayingCardDeck implement the interfaces
• Swap Snap to use PlayingCards
