Fix #116 by adding better composition material #132

This is hopefully more relevant to the context of the boot camp.

I’ve had to use plain association arrow heads in one diagram rather than composition, as the diagram strangely didn’t render with two composition relationships (although it was fine on mermaid.live 🤷🏻).
