Add automatic chunk ingestion as chunks are loaded by a chunk loading mod (for example Chunky)

Voxy import is manual, I mean to do it automatically during chunk loading

that would cause many people to crash if its done by a different mod(chunky) and at the same time running voxy as both can be intensive on the cpu if not set properly and if done at the same time its probs slower then one by one and id say /voxy import is the automatic way and flying/walking around is the manual way

It just seems more convenient if, for example, you're leaving your pc overnight. Also this could be an option you can enable/disable through config or commands.
