LODs seem to be rendered within render Distance and not be Updated.
Reloading the chunks via Debug (F3+A) did not solve the issue. Walking further away and back seemed to help.
Even standing close, the almost completely removed building was still displayed:
Getting closer to it resulted in weird artifacts:
The building is actually removed to the bottom floor (Voxy disabled):

Voxy was active while the building got removed.
this looks to be the same issue as #34 where old data doesnt automatically update for the time being the fix is to move ~100ish blocks away once u get back its fixed
