Server crash while FrozenOcean is freezing from water to ice #495

We are using From Image mode, the map has been fully generated using the Bukkit API, and dynmap is currently rendering chunks, I flew over to a specific area of the map which dynamp had not yet gotten to and each time the server would crash with the following crash report.

It's strange because it seems it's caused when it tries to freeze water to ice using, however this isn't an issue for other parts of the map where there is frozen ocean, and in fact I was flying over a frozen ocean biome while the crash occurred. After re-starting and logging back in, as I logged in at where I was when the server crashed it crashed again (the above crash report is from the second crash).

@AaronMcHale Does this occur with latest build? If so update the log, thanks.
