Steps to reproduce your issue

Every time I die in survival, it causes my game to crash and deletes all the items in my inventory EXCEPT for the ones in my hotbar and armor. It's the Crash Report that tells you this mod causes the Entity Ticking Crash.

Had this as well. Ironically it worked, my curios were the only thing I didn't lose.
