This is how vanilla entity ticking works. and as we all know, vanilla entity ticking is laggy.
does potato tick just shadows the vanilla ticking logic and should have nothing to do with the ticking lag.
And why is it more present in the new version that the other one?

Nvm, I saw that the problem is "Enhanced AI" which caused the drop in TPS combined with DPT. (Wrong T_T)

That's quite strange. It's supposed to be another stacktrace to show the goals ticking cant find the reason noe, I may test by myself and look into it when getting more interests and go back on minecraft (currently being tired of and dont wanna touch it at all)
In the last version of DoesPotatoTick of 1.18.2 (3.7.0), for some reason when you get close to any zombie there is a big TPS drop, I tested with a previous version (3.6.2), and it seems to work normal, here is a profiler (It could be an incompatibility but I'm not sure at all):
