Mainpage: "Posted In" and "Tags" remove #28

For now, we can just remove the "posted in" and "square tags" - they are in need of a lot of adjustments, less of our concern right now prior to launch.

Removed extraneous cruft on mainpage, and tweaked font sizes - this is currently merged into iss11_resp branch, not yet on master
