Rain Puddles #122

Description

Spawn puddles when it's raining in loaded chunks and despawn when it's not raining.

Features and uses

  1. Make custom blocks.
  2. Make the blocks place randomly when it rains and the block in the world can see the sky.
  3. When the rain stops have the block remove itself.
